Jeff Anderson, also known as, The Muscle Nerd was also the author of the best selling, Optimum Anabolics, a special muscle building guide that twisted the body building world to beg on its knees to stop people from ruining the muscle building myths.
In short, Jeff wrote a totally unique approach to build muscle and he claimed you could change your entire physique in just 9 weeks. So why am I telling you all this when you are looking for a review on the Combat the Fat program? Well, this is to tell you a little overview on the fact that Jeff Anderson is a little unorthodox when it comes to manipulating your body to get insanely fast results.
I believe when you read the sales letter of the Combat the Fat program, you probably noticed that Jeff claims he was in the military and that he is going to share with you his own special essence added to the techniques that have been researched by the government using thousands of guinea pigs also known as military trainees.
…Combat the Fat program is a very fun to read book especially with great little boxes along the way with a cartoon character who gives a shout on important stuff that is about to come. You will also love reading the short little summary boxes at the end of each chapter that can save you time, but I guarantee you that even his detailed explanations of the 8 CTF factors look like a summary.
They are just so easy to understand and fun to read. This is what I like about digital products written and published by Jeff Anderson. He explains the why’s of everything like he is explaining it to a baby. Once you read a small paragraph, you always get an “AHA” moment.
Enough bragging about the quality of content.
Combat the Fat program has 8 CTF factors that Jeff explains factor by factor in a book of over 160 pages. These 8 factors are the key to getting a ripped body in just weeks like Jeff got as you can see in the main sales page.
I’ve gone through the CTF program, and although some of the content is just basic information you find in other bestselling ebook, you also find many more new and interesting facts that you would have never read in other products in the market.
…Ever heard about the level of acidity affecting your fat loss? Ever heard of your colon harming your fat loss? Ever heard that even the freshest vegetables cannot always be healthy?
These are just some of the many mysterious facts that you will find in the Combat the Fat program, and although these many sound strange to you, Jeff does a great job of backing up his claims with several fun and interesting facts that are also backed up by really funny examples.
The two things I really loved about the Combat the Fat program were the chapters on Diet and the Workout. The diet chapter was really mind blowing because I never thought I could burn fat faster by eating more FAT! True story!
And guess what exercises Jeff used to get that ripped body he shows in the picture? You won’t believe it if I say that he only used bodyweight exercises like the push ups and squats?
That’s right! Those rock hard pecks and the strong six pack abs were a result of basic bodyweight workouts that are done in a specially designed manner that Jeff Shows in the one before the final chapter which is all about motivation.
The workouts are really a whoop in the a**! Even though you don’t have to life a dumbbell for this workout, you will still feel like you just tried lifting a container after doing the workout for 3 weeks!
I am in the 5th week of the Combat the Fat program, and I can assure you that the results are shocking and amazing! I just followed his instructions in Factor 3, and I can’t believe I lose 15lbs in just a week! It was not all fat, (THAT WOULD BE INSANE!) but I still lost a lot of weight, and now I see really great changes in my body definition.
I did not like one thing about the program though. It’s got to do with the workout routine. Jeff claims you don’t have to leave your house to do the workout, but in order to do one of the CTF workouts every week, you need to have access to at least a bike or your jogging shoes. This is not appropriate for me especially because I don’t have a bike and it keeps raining every time I leave the house!
I had to contact Jeff about this and he replied in a few hours (THAT QUICK!) saying I can just follow the exercises from Table 10 and still get the same quick results. So there you go, I admit that Combat the Fat program is definitely worth the investment, and if you are still wondering if you need to be physically fit to start the program, think again.
If you are physically unfit or you just want to finally get your six pack to be visible, then this workout is what you need. Totally unique and totally works.
